Black Tie or No Tie
Our services stretch from Weddings, Corporate Functions, Mixers or just Backyard BBQ's. We employ TAPS Certified and trained bartenders that would love to serve your guests and clients.

BAR SERVICES FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the cost for hiring Main Event Bartenders?
The associated costs with each bartender is $50.00 per hour plus 20% Gratuity. Please keep in mind that for an offsite event there is a minimum set up time of 1.5 hours and 1.5 hours for breaking down the bars. Travel fees may also apply depending on where the offsite event is.
How man bartenders should I hire for my event?
We recommend 1 bartender for the first 50-75 people and adding an additional for every 50 over that. Less bartenders and stations will create longer lines and potential traffic jams in smaller venue spaces.
Do I have to purchase food with bar services?
Yes. The Alaska State Alcohol laws require food to be served with alcohol services.
Is a permit required for each event?
Yes. If we are catering "Offsite", meaning if it is not held at Main Event, our catering license requires us to pull a permit with the Municipality, the state as well as the Anchorage Police Department. The cost for this is $225.00 and could take up to 7-10 days for approval from all of the above stated departments.
Is there a minimum guaranteed alcohol purchase for offsite events?
Yes, we require a minimum amount of $500.00 in Alcohol sales. If this amount is not reached at the event, our bartender or rep may ask you for a credit card for the remaining difference.
What kind of Alcohol do you serve?
We serve beer and wine products only with our license. We are unable to serve or provide liquor.
Other Important terms to know.
Our licensed bartending team provides professional beer and wine service for private events across Alaska. In accordance with state alcohol laws, we will not serve anyone who appears visibly intoxicated and reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. All guests may be required to present valid, government-issued identification. For liability and safety reasons, we are unable to serve alcohol provided by clients, and the bar must remain closed once our staff has concluded service. By booking our services, you agree not to reopen or self-serve alcohol after our departure, as required by law. The consumption of alcohol not controlled by the bartender is strictly forbidden. We only aim to bring you and your guests the greatest experience and our number one goal is to get everyone home safely. We thank you for agreeing to these terms.
